Dan Pierce – Community Manager
Dan is a proud father of two with nearly 17 years of experience in the manufactured home industry across the country, primarily in sales and service management. He is excited to begin this new chapter in community management with Rickert Properties and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where residents feel valued, heard, and truly at home.
Chuck Valenti, Regional Operations Manager
With over 17 years of experience in the manufactured home industry, Chuck is excited to be a part of the Rickert family. He has lived in Florida for over 50 years and enjoys keeping communities running smoothly and solving problems.
Michele McGaha – Maintenance Specialist
Michele is the full-time maintenance professional at Plantation Oaks, known for her broad skill set and hands-on expertise in a variety of areas. She takes pride in her work and is always ready to assist residents with a positive attitude and dependable service. Outside of work, Michele is an avid animal lover who enjoys the beach, outdoor activities, concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
