With over 17 years of experience in the manufactured home industry, Chuck is excited to be a part of the Rickert family. He has lived in Florida for over 50 years and enjoys keeping communities running smoothly and solving problems.
Lisi Isasi, Community Manager
Lisi is a dedicated and passionate community manager committed to helping communities thrive. She has over 12 years of experience in property management. Known for her positive, solutions-focused approach, she takes pride in creating welcoming environments where residents truly feel at home. Originally from New Jersey and now proudly based in Florida, she found her calling in building strong, vibrant communities through exceptional service and leadership.
Christina – Administrative Assistant
A Florida native with a brief Montana adventure, Christina brings warmth and local charm to the team. She has a passion for the beach, trying new foods, and exploring all kinds of music. Married for 19 years, Christina values family above all and brings that same dedication and care to her role in the community.
Michele McGaha – Maintenance Specialist
Michele is the full-time maintenance professional at Plantation Oaks, known for her broad skill set and hands-on expertise in a variety of areas. She takes pride in her work and is always ready to assist residents with a positive attitude and dependable service. Outside of work, Michele is an avid animal lover who enjoys the beach, outdoor activities, concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
